At the time, due to prolonged cleaning times we do not accommodate early check in or late check out times.
All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor inside the home.
No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.
First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.
Pack n’ Play is available in the home. Stroller and High Chair must be brought or can be rented. Please let us know 3 days in advance if you want to rent toddler items. Guests are to clean these items upon departure.
Grills- This Home does not have a grill, but this can be rented through recommended vendor.
